Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the product, and we'll make it right.

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
